"Developing a love for God, learning and others . . . ."  We at St. Luke Catholic School are committed to providing students  an environment that nurtures a formative relationship with God, challenges them to think creatively, and supports them as a vital part of a loving community. 

In 1955, St. Luke opened as the first Catholic school in Irving.  Over the years we have seen many changes in our city, in education, and in the world our students inhabit.  The faith we teach has provided constancy in the message of Jesus Christ.  It is that Good News which guides us in our mission.  Originally staffed by the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth, their charism is still reflected in our desire to reach out to the families of our students.
